I am a lifelong learner, seeker, relationship builder and pattern recognizer.

My career has included a variety of fields and roles, but what ties it all together is the fundamental task of teaching people things.  My success in teaching, coaching and training stem from connection and empathy with learners, in order to find what works, and a growth mindset that focuses on progress, not perfection! Teaching and learning are both habits, rather than actions, and I have a track record of helping learners develop the habits that lead to new skills, understanding and growth!
