		<description>(Not weighing in with any lunch traditions, since I tend to like a lot of variety at lunchtime and will trek many blocks if I am in the mood for a particular thing.)

However, peanut butter and cabbage sounds like it could make a really nifty sandwich - I think I would want to put a little bit of Vietnamese hot sauce on it!
