		<description>Ahhh, the beauty of it was how simple it was:

Equal parts of tuna and tilapia, cut into small chunks
Red onion in the proportion you prefer - I used about one large onion for about a pound and a half of fish
Cover with lemon juice.
Salt and pepper to taste, add other herbs as your whim moves you.

Time consuming, yes, but simple and delicious!</description>
