But lately she's been like an ox, and I'm the one who gets sick, so maybe she should nurse me for a while ;) I just meant I don't feel like that's a primary concern any more. I thought it was a myth! (Speaking of myths, she will absolutely continue to get antibodies for as long as you nurse; that absolutely does not mean you have to keep going, but it is a total myth that those are only passed along early in the nursing relationship, and in fact studies suggest that it may intensify over time.)
