I’ve lost exactly 20 lb, this morning, since January. I don’t feel like the difference is incredibly visible, but my clothes do fit much better.

- @CaraClinton Lemon juice trick didn't work - I juiced lemons after the garlic episode, and no dice. Nor stainless steel. Will try salt next.
- Nothing, and I sincerely mean nothing, is getting garlic-smell off my hands, even an hourlong hot bath scrub. Must be part of the lifestyle.
